"Jubilee Hall" by Mrs. Greene is a children's novel written in the late 19th century. A second contest—covering jam pots—ends with another prize for Fred, deepening the siblings’ concern, and the opening closes with Harry extracting a promise that the truth will be faced at home, while the holiday’s pleasures and pressures continue.
