Nina's peril

"Nina's peril" by Mrs. Alex. McVeigh Miller is a novel written in the late 19th century. The sequence culminates in a shock: a mysterious intruder murders Sibyl in her room, the household rushes in panic, and a misplaced letter addressed to Nina hints at looming suspicion—setting the stage for the peril to come.
