at Bombay, and were sent to Poona.
For the next twelve months the regiment was split up
into many detachments, which frequently changed
their stations. Among other places they were
temporarily quartered at Colaba (Bombay),
Mahableshwar, Poona, Singhur, Malligaum, Nassick,
Ahmednagar, Jaulnah, Sattara, Asseerghur,
Sholapore, and Adjunta.
