I MAKE bold to trouble your Lordship with the proposals about the _Georgia_ college; they should have been sent before, but I heard that your Lordship was out of town. On _Monday_ next, my business calls me into the country. If your Lordship should have leisure immediately to run over the memorial, I would call on _Saturday_ morning to know your Lordship’s mind. In the mean while, praying that your Lordship may be a lasting blessing to your country, I subscribe myself,
