_That Widows of Commission and Warrant Officers of the Royal Navy,
shall be reputed proper Objects of the Charity, whose Annual
Incomes arising from their Real and Personal Estates, or otherwise,
do not amount to the following Sums_, viz.

_The Widow of a Captain_ }
_or Commander_, } 45 0 0

_The Widow of a Lieutenant_ }
_or Master_, } 30 0 0

_The Widow of a Boatswain,_ }
_Gunner, Carpenter,_ }
_Purser, Surgeon,_ }
_Second Master of_ } 20 0 0
_a Yacht, or Master of a_ }
_Naval Vessel warranted_ }
_by the Navy Board,_ }

_And that where any such Widow is possessed of, or interested in
any Sum of Money, the Annual Income and Produce thereof, shall be
computed and deemed, as annually yielding Three Pounds_ per Centum,
_and no more_.
