An action for--

1. Penalty[777] of 40s. for each performance, or the defendant's
profits, or the actual damage sustained, whichever
be the greater.
2. Injunction.[778]
3. A full and reasonable indemnity as to costs.[779]

Action must be brought within twelve calendar months of the offence.[780]
