Chapter XXXIII: Section 8: (a) The assistance shall commence on the date named in the old

age assistance certificate which shall be the first day of the month within which the certificate is issued provided that in case of assistance granted the assistance certificate shall be issued not later than three (3) months after application has been made

(b) All installments shall be paid in monthly or quarterly payments as the county board shall recommend the payments to be made in such form and manner as may be prescribed by the State board
