Chapter XIX: Section 1: That the following Amendments shall become part of the

National Constitution and be submitted to the people at the ensuing biennial election to be held on the first Tuesday in May, A. D. 1907, throughout the several counties of the Republic for their consideration and approval, or non-approval, and the ballot shall be written “adoption, or no adoption.”
