Chapter LXII
Text size
I saw the little world from far,
And did not know my home;
But bless’d the little fairy star
That did so lonely roam;
’Twas spinning round, and round, and round,
And singing all the while,
As went, until Apollo bound,
Latona’s holy isle:
Away the constellations shone
Like stellar Cyclades,
And spun the little Earth alone,
Upon the airy seas.
