Chapter LXXXIII

Text size

And up the butterfly is springing
From out the shroud, that lately wound him;
And off on gentle zephyrs winging,
How spurneth he the clod that bound him.
So our Lord did break his prison,
So he wafted to the skies;
So my soul, thou too hast risen!
So the dead in Christ shall rise.
