NOTES.--
A.--The lean-to houses are made to suit walls with flat, true, or even surfaces to lean against; any provision for projecting piers, window openings, rain-water or drain pipes, &c., entails extra cost. In no case is any lead flashing or fillet provided at back wall; this is at purchaser’s expense.
B.--Every care is taken to prevent breakage of glass in transit, and any glass broken will be replaced free of charge, provided the packages are signed for on arrival as “not examined” or “damaged in transit,” but we cannot hold ourselves responsible beyond the replacement of breakages.
C.--If concrete foundations are preferred in place of creosoted sleepers, they must be provided by purchaser from plans which we would provide.
D.--It is always desirable to paint these houses one extra coat after erection, as the paint is liable to be rubbed or otherwise damaged in transit on rail and in handling when fixing.
