By the scientific construction of the “Harrod” Cabinet Refrigerators, the consumption of ice is reduced to a minimum. These Cabinets are unique in many ways, one distinct advantage being the completely separate chamber for the ice, which is not exposed to the outside or warm air when putting in or taking out edibles; this obviates unnecessary waste, and renders these cabinets both economical and efficient. They further commend themselves to intending purchasers by their convincingly moderate price.

THE “HARROD” IMPROVED CABINET REFRIGERATOR.

THE RATNER PATENT TWELVE-CORNER-BENT SOLID STEEL SAFES. Nos. 2 & 3.

Safes are delivered free of charge in London to customer’s house, but should same be required to be hoisted or taken upstairs to flats, &c., an extra charge will be made accordingly.

FIRE AND FALL RESISTING. These Safes are far superior to the ordinary Four-Corner-Bent Safes. The body is bent out of one solid steel plate ¼ in. thick; Door ½ in. solid steel plate, strengthened to 1 in., drill-proof over Lock, and secured by a Seven-Lever, Unpickable, Gunpowder and Drill-proof Lock. The bodies are formed of one plate of steel bent at the twelve corners, thus introducing the important feature of a body which in no way depends upon screws or rivets. This improved construction enables a Safe to withstand a much greater fall than a Safe made in the usual way. The Fire-Resisting Chambers are 3½ inches thick throughout.

This frame extends round the whole inside face of the front flange to which it is securely riveted. Bolt-work secured by Ratner Improved Balance Seven-Lever Unpickable Powder and Violence Proof Locks, protected by a Plate of Ratner Drill-proof Compo. Safe Steel ½ in. thick.
